Jamie has always been a competitive sportsman and a keen boxer since the age of 11 with 60 amateur fights in total. Boxing is a tough sport and with intense training and dieting, at the age of 18 he hung up his boxing gloves as he rarely had time off to enjoy life and go out with friends.
Giving up the sport he loved was one of the hardest decisions he have had to make, particularly as at the time he was the top 3 seed in the country and was selected to train with team GB.
As his passion for boxing never faded, he knew at some point that he would get back into the sport and in the summer of 2021, he decided to find a boxing gym in Liverpool to start training again. He joined No Limits Boxing Club in Liverpool initially for fitness and to box casually and has been training there ever since.

Fight 3:
Yeah so my last fight I won by unanimous decision against a tough and durable opponent. I felt extremely fit and strong, landing some heavy shots with a wide punch variety. I was displaying skills that I’ve been working hard on in the gym which shows I’m settling down and adapting to the pro game nicely. Overall a comfortable and controlled performance.
